people management skills and techniques; 3. Excellent communication and negotiation, fluent in
English and Chinese. 4. English-Chinese and Chinese-English files translation. 5. Research technology capabilities and to build
businesses cases for buy vs. build analysis. 6. Determine plan for requirements collection and
management. 7. Help create time estimates for project
completion and assist in project planning. 8. Conduct problem analysis and submit written
